Please....say it isn't so....

Ola Peeps,

Well, another day shot to hell in a handbag. Yesterday I drive 75 miles to the USDA Vet. My plan was to go there ,get my papers signed and then Christmas shop my way home.

I get there and the place is all "high security" ,cameras pointing in your face as you have to get buzzed in.

Hmmm, I wonder what THAT'S about.

I am allowed in the door and greeted by Miss Personality. (personality of a dead fish, that is)

"These are done incorrectly."

"My Vet has NO idea what he's doing. Can't you just sign your part?"

"NO!"

"Can you fax them over to him?"

"Isn't there anything you can do?"

Yeah, THIS."

Insert stream of cuss words.......................

UGH! Now I have to go back to my Vet , after figuring out myself, how to do the shit right, then get his signature AGAIN.

Then go back to the effin USDA Vet and if it is done wrong again I will curl up into a ball on their high security ass floor and stay that way forever.

Needless to say, I was too mad to shop at all. I came directly home and wallowed in my bed.

Oh ,pardon me, my padded cell is ready.

Have a great day ya'll.

Luv me

After your visit to the USDA vet and your experience there you should now know why they have such high security. Those people feel their power and enjoy the pain and frustration they can deal out.

In your shoes, I'd probably be in worse than a padded cell about now. They'd lock me up and throw away the key.

This may be a dumb question....but I'm just askin' here. I have felt your pain in all this government red tape...why couldn't your hubbie's employer help you out? After all, you ARE his spouse and they should have done this paperwork for you to ensure that everything went smoothly. After all...an unstressed, happy employee (your hubby) is a productive employee. The sooner this mess is over with, the happier everyone will be. That's just my opinion. I'm afraid that at about this point I would be hiring an attorney to take care of everything so you can be assured that you will be able to leave on time and with everything in order. Obviously its not as hard to get into OUR country as it is others. Good Luck.
Go read my hard boiled egg recipe...foolproof.

Well, I can see they're point.

I've long suspected that Cavuto was indeed an international terrorist posing as a mild mannered house cat.

Don't let the bastards get you down baby.

I just cannot believe this saga! Gubmint bureaucrats just love being bureaucrats. They lie awake at night devising new and even more cruel ways to provide bureaucratic obstructionism. They are just cats. It's not like you're trying to export a fuse for a nuclear bomb. You need to write a book. The 'England Chapter' is gonna be dynamite. G5

They're gonna make you jump thru hoops like some kind of government issued poodle...fucking bureaucracy...I'm so stuck in my "non-conformist in a conformist type world" ( no wonder I'm still single)...miserably happy.
