Nag a friend......sorry I can't help it.

Ola peeps,

Well, yesterday morning Eva got her divorce papers ...in print and the reality of it all ...hit her like a ton of bricks.

She called me about ten, wanting to go to lunch ...she needed a margarita.

The only time I ever got divorced ..it took about 10 years. By that time , I had these fantasies of having a big celebration with my girlfriends. The reality was ...I went to court...for nothing ...alll by myself ..and I think every one of my damn girlfriends was pregnant at the time. The whole thing was a big bust.

So,I'm sure it's a totally different story when your husband just springs it on you one day ...and the thing is final in 30 days.

Reality hurts. Anyhow, after work ,she came over and we went out on the boat. Come to find out , my friend does not know how to swim. :)

I get her on a raft ....thank God, without me having to save her 6 foot tall ass from drowning.
and then the rest of the afternoon , I'm afraid I just "gush" with my ...probably ...unwanted advice. ack!

Once an "oldest" sister...always an oldest sister.

Most of my friends seem to love me in spite of my "older sisterism" lol

Or they're just too polite to say "shut up! you damn nag!"lol
My younger sister is really the only one who ever fights me on this. (ha ha )

Speaking of friends...the ONLY friend I have that I have known longer than Desert dirt diva, is my friend Kim.

I started some middle school ...way back when I was about 12 years old. And she was the lucky winner who got to show me around the school. :)

(remember ...my mom moved us ...from state to state ...about every 3 months)

I never let myself lose touch with her.
We used to go roller skating and we were SO HOT ...with our big 80's hair and shit...and we would unzip our pants on the way there , so they wouldn't be less than "skin tight" , she also knew how to sew, so every time I would LOAN her a pair of my pants ...she'd have the damn things all taken in ...to fit her "less fat" thighs.
