How do you spell releif?
Hi All,
Well, WOOOO HOOOO !!!!
Floozie 1 and I went back to the USDA vet today and the cats papers were approved this time!
I was SO relieved , I felt like a puddle that needed to be scooped to the car with a shovel. Kind of like when you manage to grab your 3 year old right before they run in front of a speeding car.
I was like a wet noodle. LOL
After that ,we had a wonderful time shopping and having some delicious Mexican food on our way home.
My poor little friend. Her husband just died a couple months ago. He was sick with cancer for a long time.
Yesterday ,she put her Christmas decorations up and when I spoke to her on the phone she kept crying and said "there was no one to tell her it looked pretty."
She is fine ,really. The loss is just so fresh. They were married for over 40 years.
She is a happy ," full of life " kind of gal and I know she will get through this like a trooper. Then she better get her butt over to visit me in England. LOL
Right after I got home I got an email from the Visa people saying:
"Your application has been approved and the visa has been issued.
Oh Happy day!!!! Some one get a shovel and scoop me into a chair, would ya.
Thanks again to the peeps that helped me :)
luv me

Oh Happy Day!!! is right. I know you are so relieved that you just might pee your pants. . I probably would.
Finally it's a down hill run from here to jolly ole England for you and the three kittens. Did you pack their mittens?
Gads!! Cats expat papers and cat lady's visa approved all in one day. Wow! That is great and hope you are bearing up in all that prosperity. This calls for a drink. Or two. All that worrying. Here's whatcha do: Go next door and borrow one of Floosie 2's Christmas trees and tell her you will return it the day before you depart. Voila! You will have some Christmas atmosphere - and I understand that Floosie 2 has multiple trees to choose from. Cheers! And Ta Ta (That's what they say in England. In English it means goodbye for now). G5
I'll bet you DO feel like a ton has been lifted off of your shoulders! Success, finally.
This will SO all be worth it in the end.
Hugs.
:)
